The motor reducer of the machine directly couples the rollers and shaft,and drives the machine steadily with the help of the electrical frequency control. The rubber rooler and coating roller speeds are indicated and adjusted on the control panel(m/min),visualized and convenient.

Three coating rollers for different purposes are equipped on the pneumatic automatic roll-changing shelf,so roller can be changed expedientily and quickly. And if it happens to power off or pneumatic losing when changing the roller, the roller shelf will be very safe to stop in any location.

The blade carrier is controlled by pneumatic device, automatically advancing and retreating.The pressure between the blade and roller is adjustable.And an axial automatically reciprocating apparatus is equipped in the blade carrier,with the reciprocating frequency adjustable.Thus the pulp scraping effect is enhanced.

The working thickness(coating clearance)of the machine is controlled automatically and shows its figures in the control panel(precision 1/100mm). And with the help of manual adjusting handwhell, the depth of parallelism beteen coating roller and lower pressing roller can be directly and easily controlled.
