GTSG$-120 ROLLER COATING MACHINE
The motor reducer of the machine directly couples the rollers and shaft, and drives the machine run smoothly with the help of the electrical frequency control.The speeds of the transmitting rubber belt and coating roller are indicated and adjusted on the control panel(m/min),visualized and convenient.
The machine can meet different requirements of every tanning finishing process,to conduct coatings both in forward and reversw directions,and be employed in different leathers for bottom coating,impregnating and filling,two-tone effect,top coating,and print-up,etc, Sitll it finishes oiling off and waxing processes through roller heating device.
Three coating rollers for different purposes are equipped on the pneumatic automatic roll-changing shelf,so roller can be change expediently and quickly.and if it happens to power off or pneumatic losing when changing the roller,the roller shelf will be very safe to stop in any location.
The Blade carrier is controlled by pneumatic device,automatically advancing and retreating.The pressure between the blade and roller is adjustable.And an axial automatically reciprocating apparatus is equipped on the blade carrier with adjustable reciprocating frequency.This enhance the pulp scraping effect.
The working thickness(coating clearance)of the machine is controlled automatically and shows its figures in the control panel(precision 1/100mm).And with the help of manual adjusting handwheel.the depth of parallelism between coating roller and lower pressing roller can be directly and very easily controlled.
Transmitting rubber belt driving device is installed on the driving shaft where leather is discharged So the upper surface of driving shaft is flatter and straighter,and no vibration of transmitting rubber occurred
Based on different leathers, the height of the working surface of transmitting rubber belt can be automatically controlled When it is reverse coating,four different locations are optional.It makes the working area of the belt more flattening and more excellent in coating quality.
The pulp automatic supplying recovery system that combines stainless stell pulp-receiving device and double-diaphragin pulp pump can guarantee the circulatory use of pulp, and the finn visocsity
