GTSG-80 ROLLER COATING MACHINE
The machine can conduct surface coating on the small sheet of leather,reclaimed leather,rubber sole,rubber sheet,and paste sheet,etc. and works both collaborated and independently,Besdids it can be used to make samples of leathers and chemical materials.
The motor reducer of the machine directly couples the rollers and shaft,and drives the machine run in steady with the help of the electrical frequency control.The rubber roller and coating roller speeds are indicatced and adjusted on the control panel(m/min),visualized and convenient.
The 80B-typ machine is transmitted by rubber roller, while the 80-type machine is by rubber belt.Transmitting rubber belt driving device is installed on the driving shaft where discharges leather.
So the upper surface of driving shaft is flatter and straighter,and no vibration of transmitting rubber occurred.
Coating-roller cooling device is set to meet different requiremtnts from various coating technical processes.
